PLAN Toronto is a family-driven, non-profit organization with the goal of helping families overcome the challenges they face in creating and maintaining a good life and safe, secure future for their relative with a disability.

For many people with a family member who is vulnerable or requires support, the question "Who will take care of our loved one when we no longer can?" is real and pressing. Fortunately, the families who founded PLAN explored this question and have discovered solutions to securing the future of their loved ones - and achieving peace of mind today.

PLAN Toronto, as an affiliate of PLAN, encourages families to envision "a good life" for their loved one - and assists them in making this vision a reality. We're a family-led organization that is committed to developing innovative solutions - in partnership with community groups, organizations, corporations, and educators - to address issues of isolation and poverty and to influence positive changes in social policy.
